No, each individual is allowed only one Tekkabuzz account. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any remaining balance being forfeited. We enforce this rule strictly to ensure a fair environment for all players.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process keeps your account secure and helps prevent fraud. Simply upload a photo of your National ID or passport — verification is usually completed within 24 hours. You can still place bets without completing KYC, but it is required for large withdrawals.

Betting Rules

Live betting lets you place wagers at real-time odds while a match is in progress. The odds shift as the game unfolds, making it more exciting than standard pre-match betting — and offering more opportunities to profit.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in special circumstances — such as a match being postponed or cancelled — the bet is automatically voided and your full stake is refunded. If the cash-out feature is available, you can also settle your bet early under certain conditions.

Bonuses & Promos

Rollover means you must wager a set amount before withdrawing your bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x rollover requires ৳5,000 in total bets before you can withdraw. Terms may vary by bonus.

After receiving a free bet, you'll see a "Use Free Bet" option on the betting slip. If your free bet wins, you receive only the profit — the original stake is not returned. Free bets have an expiry date, so make sure to use them in time.
