Bet Cancellation & Refunds

Tekkabuzz may void a bet and refund the stake in the following circumstances:

• When a match or event is cancelled in its entirety.
• Incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• The official governing body has raised a dispute over the outcome of the event.

Deposits and withdrawals on Tekkabuzz are simple and fast. However, there are a few important policies that all members must follow.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Processing is typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

General Bonus Terms

Tekkabuzz may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.

• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusive behaviour toward Tekkabuzz staff or other members.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided there are no pending fraud or financial crime investigations. Members may also request to close their account at any time.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• A "cooling-off" period can be activated for a temporary break from betting.
